In addition to a new display, DS9 M. Y. 23 gets the new DS IRIS SYSTEM multimedia. This features a completely overhauled interface that can be fully configured and customized, and is responsive, smooth and aided by IRIS natural speech recognition. The 12" high resolution touchscreen displays a menu consisting of widgets to access all functions with a single movement that controls 3D connected navigation, air conditioning, digital audio sources and all trip data. This screen will user -friendly also allows you to see a 360° view, provided by new high-resolution digital cameras, or to access the Mirror Screen, CarPlay and Android auto functions via Wi-Fi or via two USB C ports.

It monitors traffic conditions and calculates the best routes in real time. The screen displays danger zones, including speed checks (depending on the country's legislation), weather forecasts, place and prices of petrol stations or the location of public car parks and charging stations. For open-air parking, DS IRIS SYSTEM displays the probability level of finding a parking space street by street in major cities. All updates are carried out automatically.

A symbol of escape from the ordinary, with the exclusive Pebble Gray leather interior and a new harmonious shade Granit Gray on the side trim and dashboard in Nappa leather.The details underline the expertise of DS Automobiles craftsmen. On the dashboard, the Esprit de Voyage embossing highlights the desire to pass on DS Automobiles' know-how from Paris. The representation of a map of Europe is drawn by rays centered around the Clou de Paris, which symbolizes the starting point and the place where this collection was imagined: the DS DESIGN STUDIO PARIS. Even the treadplates feature the Esprit de Voyage signature with this iconic map, while the edge of the mats introduces a special color whose gray is in line with the interior.
New DS 3 shows its daring with a unique shape. Its design constitutes a balance between lines and volume. The most obvious developments are at the front. They give a new dynamism and feeling of solidity while maintaining the height of elegance.The design language of the rest of the DS Automobiles range is applied with a redesigned grille, wider and enhanced with gloss black or chromed diamond tips depending on the model. The distinguishing DS WINGS have been tweaked to subtly join the grille and headlamps.The new LED headlamps – standard across the range – introduce a more dynamic design and give New DS 3 a sharper look with three feature modules emphasised with satin chrome. The DS MATRIX LED VISION, with intelligent control and automatic main beam for maximum comfort and safety are also offered as an option. The new daytime running lights feature two LED lines vertically arranged either side of the front for a distinctive and widening signature, consistent with the latest DS Automobiles design language.New DS 3 has also evolved stylistically as well as technically. The new spoiler and grille have been totally redesigned to optimise the car’s aerodynamic performance. The aerofoils framing the lower air intake grille demonstrate this new efficiency.
