White House says 'likely many deaths' in Ukraine dam destruction

The White House says that there will be "likely many deaths" after an explosion destroyed a large dam in Ukraine. "We've been closely monitoring the impacts of that destruction which has triggered massive flooding in Ukraine and resulted in the evacuation of at the very least thousands of Ukrainians," National Security Council spokesman John Kirby tells reporters.
