US Fed says it will maintain easy money policies until progress achieved

US Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell says interest rates will be kept "near zero" to "ensure that monetary policy will continue to support the economy until the recovery is complete." The US economy is showing signs of progress in its recovery, but not enough to end the easy money policies implemented last year, he says. SOUNDBITE
