Emotional Sharma apologises for 'deep disappointment' over COP26 deal

Description

A tearful COP26 president Alok Sharma apologises for the "deep disappointment" over a global deal struck by nearly 200 countries to limit dangerous temperature rises. The deal came despite a last-gasp hitch from China and India seeking to water down language on fossil fuels in the summit's text. "I apologise for the way this process has unfolded," Sharma tells delegates. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITE
