NATO leaders agreed at a summit in Vilnius on Tuesday that they will invite Ukraine to become a member when certain conditions are reached, alliance head Jens Stoltenberg says. "We also made clear that we will issue an invitation for Ukraine to join NATO when allies agree and conditions are met," Stoltenberg tells journalists after the talks. SOUNDBITE
During a press conference in Madrid, NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg declares that an agreement has been reached that "paves the way for the way for Finland and Sweden to join Nato". He declares that "Turkey Finland Sweden have signed a memorandum that addresses Turkey's c concerns including about arms exports and the fight against terrorism." SOUNDBITE
