Washington, Mar 29 (EFE / EPA) .- Cherry trees bloomed earlier this year in Washington. The cherry blossom peak occurs when seventy percent of Yoshino's cherry trees have bloomed. This year it has happened earlier than expected due to warmer weather, according to the National Park Service. Tokyo, Mar 23 (EFE/EPA).- Residents of Tokyo went out Tuesday to enjoy a view of cherry blossoms in full bloom after the Japanese government lifted the state of emergency in Tokyo and other three neighboring prefectures over the weekend. The Japan Weather Association announced the forecast of flowering and full bloom date of the cherry blossoms in Tokyo to be on Monday.
