Gaza : a band-aid diplomacy? (part 2)

Description

More than five billion dollars pledged to rebuild the Gaza Strip after yet another war with Israel, with no hint of a whiff of substantive peace talks with Israel. Critics call the desperately needed money a band aid fix, while some donors even warn that without a peace deal, it's the last time they cough up. But in any case, will it be money well spent? Is the discussion over the reconstruction of Gaza nothing more than band-aid diplomacy?
