Following on from the smash-hit , the highly-anticipated sequel to THE ZOMBIE DIARIES will be released on DVD from the 27th June 2011. Three months have passed since a viral outbreak wiped out 99.9 per cent of the world's population, turning its victims into flesh-eating living dead. In the UK, a surviving band of soldiers and civilians have taken refuge at a rural military barracks. Life is tough, but hope appears when a high level communication is received from a military base on the coast, telling of sanctuary elsewhere in Europe...
The new model line’s assistance systems perfect ease of driving and safety. Included as standard in the ID. Buzz and ID. Buzz Cargo is the ‘Car2X’ local warning system, which utilises signals from other vehicles and the transport infrastructure to spot hazards in real time. Also included as standard: the ‘Front Assist’ emergency braking function and, in the MPV, the ‘Lane Assist’ lane-keeping assistant. With new software, new assistance functions are also making their way into the ID. family. Available as an option is ‘Travel Assist with swarm data’, which facilitates partially automated driving across the entire speed range and, for the first time, assisted lane-changing on the motorway. Also new: the ‘Memory Function’ for automated parking on a previously saved route.
The Mercedes-Benz press conference at the 2019 IAA focused on sustainable solutions for the future of mobility, which are reflected in the products as well as in the business strategy. At the same time, Mercedes-Benz continued to position itself as a manufacturer of luxury automobiles. As an example of this sustainable luxury, the Mercedes-Benz VISION EQS show car celebrated its world premiere. The inventor of the automobile also presented 19 other vehicles to the public for the first time.
