Iran test-fires new precision-guided, long-range missile

Iran has successfully tested a new precision-guided, long-range missile, Iranian state-run media reported.CNN reports that the new missile, dubbed Emad, which means “pillar” in Farsi, is a surface-to-surface missile and a variant of Iran’s existing Shahab-3, but with a maneuvering reentry vehicle to improve system accuracy.
