Brave New France: French values after Paris terror attacks (part 1)

Description

One year ago today world leaders rallied to Paris to defend laicité, that very French brand of secularism. But they also reflected on why some - particularly from Muslim backgrounds - did not feel that they were Charlie. Since then, talk of how to live together has been overshadowed by the far right's historic gains and the state of emergency that followed the November attacks. Now with new anti-terror measures in the works, does "safety first" trump all priorities... and values?
