Residents across northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland are bracing for more rain after Storm Frank wreaks havoc on the region. Vanessa Johnston reports.

The rainstorm hit particularly hard the northern parts of Rio, where 11 people died due to landslides, drownings, and electrocutions.
