Instagram Rolls Out Anti-Bullying Changes

Description

Instagran has announced major changes that it plans to implement very soon, including altering how we interact with the comment section of posts. Likely as a response to celebrities leaving the social media platform due to negativity on their posts, Instagram will now allow users to turn off comments on individual photos or videos. In addition, users will now be able to "like" other users' comments, similar to the Facebook "like" feature.
