T.J. Miller Arrested For Assaulting His Uber Driver

Miller was arrested for battery early Friday morning, E! Police were then called to Miller's house, but when authorities first arrived he was not on the scene. According to reports, Miller got into a fight with his Uber driver. Prior to Miller's tumultuous evening, however, the Office Christmas Party actor had a busy day and night. Miller's role as Erlich on HBO's Silicon Valley has earned him two Critics' Choice Television nominations and one win. But come Sunday he'll be taking on a very different role: host of the Critics' Choice Awards.
