Sanders brought in more than $6 million from more than 220,000 donors in the 24 hours since he announced his candidacy. According to the campaign, Sanders' supporters gave $600,000 in contributions that will recur monthly. The next highest fund raiser is Kamala Harris, who raised $1.5 million in a day.
