It's another day of reckoning for Europe this coming Sunday as Italians will head to the polls to decide whether or not to reform their post-war constitution. As of last week a quarter of voters were still undecided: a No vote could further boost insurgent parties like the eurosceptic Five Star Movement and spell doom for Renzi, the only remaining poster child for Europe's center-left. After Brexit and Trump, is this the new normal ahead of big elections in the Netherlands and France?
