Most Expensive Movie Props

Description

What are the most expensive props in movie history? The answer may surprise you. Audrey Hepburn’s simple black (but iconic) dress in ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ cost $806,000 dollars. Remember the outfits that Maria makes for the Von Trapp children in ‘The Sound of Music’ out of curtains? Those outfits were actually made out of curtains and they sold for $1.5 million in 2013.
