Tehran (Iran), Feb 17 (EFE), (Camera: Marina Villén).- Many Iranians saw how their dreams suddenly disappear when Donald Trump's administration imposed the so-called Muslim travel ban. "When I knew that my mother had had cancer for two years and I could not be there, I should have been by her side but I was not, it was very painful, and I am sure that the same happened to my mother too. It caused me a lot of sadness, I cried a lot.""When my mother and my other sister left, I felt a great emptiness in my life. I was very lonely, and it was very difficult for me on a personal level."
US President Donald Trump says the travel ban will be extended to the United Kingdom and Ireland, during a press briefing at the White House on the coronavirus. The president's 30-day ban on travellers from Europe comes into effect today. SOUNDBITE
