Make this amazing Sundried Tomato Tortilla Flat Bread - perfect for a light afternoon lunch!SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/SubWildDishINGREDIENTS:330G GROUND FLAX SEED + 1 TBSP DIVIDED 250ML CUP HOT WATER1TSP SALT AND PEPPER120G CUP ROUGHLY CHOPPED SUNDRIED TOMATOES4 ½ TBSP. COCONUT FLOUR1 CLOVE CRUSHED GARLIC1 TBSP BASIL+OREGANO1 ½ TBSP. OLIVE OILMETHOD IN A FOOD PROCESSOR BLEND 80G + 2TBSP FLAX MEAL WITH THE WATER, SALT, SUNDRIED TOMATOES AND FEW TWISTS OF PEPPER UNTIL THE MIXTURE THICKENS AND THE TOMATOES ARE BROKEN DOWN. LET STAND FOR 10 MINS. IN A LARGE BOWLM PLACE THE REMAINING FLAX, COCONUT FLOUR, BASIL, OREGANO AND SALT AND OLIVE OIL. ADD THE TOMATO/WATER/FLAX MIXTURE AND STIR UNTIL THE DOUGH STARTS TO COME TOGETHER. KNEAD THE DOUGH FOR 3 MINUTES. DIVIDE THE DOUGH INTO 10 EQUAL BALLS. PLACE ONE BALL IN BETWEEN 2 SHEETS OF PARCHMENT PAPER AND ROLL OUT. YOU WANT THEM JUST UNDER ¼ INCH THICK. LIGHTLY OIL A FRYING PAN AND HEAT TO MEDIUM HEAT. COOK ONE TORTILLA UNTIL IT’S LIGHTLY BROWN. FLIP AND COOK FOR AN ADDITIONAL 20-30 SECS.     Christian Stevenson, AKA DJ BBQ, and Ian Haste from Haste's Kitchen share with you guys an awesome Chilli Con Carne recipes that tops a sweet potato.SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/SubWildDishSubscribe to Haste's Kitchen:https://www.youtube.com/user/HastesKitchenSubscribe to DJ BBQ: https://www.youtube.com/user/raduk8Pre heat your cauldron by placing it on top of the barbecue and line it with a splash of olive oil.Rub olive oil and rock salt into your sweet potato, and place on the barbecue.Put two whole onions (diced) into the pan to soften them for about five minutes.Take the stems off coriander, and chop them, then add them to the pan with 4 cloves of garlic (chopped) and 3 chillies (chopped) to cook for roughly 2 minutes.Add cumin (2 tsp), chilli powder (2 tsp), smoked paprika (2 tsp) and 2 cinnamon sticks. Then put the beef mince in (2 kg) ensuring it is on a high heat.Once the beef has gone brown, add a splash of bourbon, 2 tins of tomatoes, 2 good glugs of tomato puree, 50g of dark chocolate and a splash of water.
