A Russian man had a rude awakening when he found his car buried under a massive snowbank in the northern Siberian city of Norilsk on Thursday. The temperature was -31 degrees Celsius, or -23.8 degrees Fahrenheit, and heavy blizzards formed the literal mountain of snow, which completely at his auto.
