According to a report from Entertainment Weekly, actor David Thewlis, who portrayed Professor Remus Lupin in the 'Harry Potter' movie series has been cast in Fargo‘s third season as the character V.M. Vargas. Insiders describe Vargas as “a mysterious loner and true capitalist who delivers Ewan McGregor's Emmitt, the Parking Lot King of Minnesota, the bad news that he has just become partners with his employers.
