Le Conseil de sécurité de l'ONU vote à l'unanimité l'envoi d'observateurs à Alep

Le Conseil de sécurité a décidé lundi à l'unanimité, y compris la Russie qui soutient le régime de Bachar al-Assad, de déployer des observateurs onusiens à Alep pour y superviser les évacuations et évaluer la situation des civils. L'adoption de cette résolution, proposée par la France, marque le premier signe d'unité depuis des mois entre les grandes puissances mondiales aux prises avec un conflit qui a déjà fait plus de 310.000 morts depuis mars 2011.
