The festival is held annually on the 15th day of the eighth Chinese calendar month and people usually light lantern, make and share moon cake as well as hold a family gathering during the festival. CCTV footage captured what appeared to be just another average April day on Komsomolsky Prospekt, one of the central streets in the Russian city of Perm, until, suddenly and without warning, a man in a giant inflatable balloon rolled by, just minding his business. The man was filmed zorbing across a busy intersection. Zorb balls are typically rolled on hills or on water. Oddly enough, the man didn't break traffic regulations.
