No Labor Day celebration for Indian workers hit by coronavirus


Kolkata, May 1 (EFE/EPA).- Indian labours work at local market on May Day during the lockdown to contain the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic in Kolkata, Eastern India. India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi on April 14 announced that a nationwide lockdown will be extended until May 3 to stem the widespread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, which causes the COVID-19 disease.
