Polish workers demand borders re-open

Description

Polish people have been protesting along the German and Czech borders against Covid-19 restrictions that prevent them from getting to work – or home from work. Many border crossing points are closed, at others there are long queues, and Poland requires everyone returning, without exception, to spend two weeks at home in quarantine. There are similar problems in in many places in the European Union, where people had organised their lives around open borders with virtually no checks, which suddenly changed.
