Russian investigators say Ukraine orchestrated the attack on Vladlen Tatarsky, which took place at a cafe in Saint Petersburg in April. Trepova is alleged to have gifted Tatarsky a statuette, which exploded minutes later, killing the blogger and wounding more than 30 others.
