The South American trade bloc Mercosur begins its second day of Summit in the northern Argentine city of Puerto Iguazu. Mercosur, which brings together Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay, is seeking to finalize a free trade agreement with the EU after reaching an agreement in principle in 2019, following more than two decades of tough negotiations.
