Description

Detective inspector Melanie Pressley reads a statement on behalf of the parents of a six-year-old French boy who was thrown from a viewing platform at London's Tate Modern on August 2019, and who is still receiving constant care in the hospital, saying there are "no words" to express what they are going through.
