Serbia protests over coronavirus pandemic management turn violent

Description

In Serbia, protestors gathered for the second night outside of the parliament in Belgrade, as well as in other parts of the government, aiming their anger on the government, accusing the president of putting his own interest before those of the country when handling the coronavirus crisis. Aleksandar Vucic could backtrack on plans to reimpose a curfew at the weekend because of a surge in cases. Critics say he lifted the lockdown to hold parliament elections in June, won by his party.
