Navalny poisoning may threaten Nord Stream 2 pipeline

Description

Berlin hints that potential sanctions against Russia over the poisoning of opposition leader Alexei Navalny could include the unfinished Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline. Work on the pipeline has already been stalled for nearly a year over the threat of sanctions from the US and now its future is in doubt. Meanwhile, Australia inks partnership deals with two pharmaceutical firms to produce Covid-19 vaccines.
