New Renault Captur will continue to set the standard in urban SUVs, a market accounting for half of all sales in the B-segment, which itself makes up 30% of the total market. New Captur maintains its versatility, two-tone body colours and generous interior space, along with a range of ingenious high-tech equipment. Alongside these qualities, which are all part of its DNA, new-generation Captur gains a range of new features. More expressive inside and out, the styling delivers a unique twist of elegance and sporting spirit with the new Esprit Alpine finish. The cabin is showcased by new upholstery and new dashboard screens. Available depending on the version, the OpenR Link multimedia system with Google built-in provides the very best in on-board technology with Android Automotive 12, a world first in the B segment. The entirely new electronic architecture takes safety to new levels, with a range of latest-generation driving aids including the predictive hybrid driving function and Active Driver Assist, for Level 2 autonomous driving.
Mercedes-Benz will pursue a differentiated strategic approach with its vans in the future. As presented last year (2023), the company is aiming for a premium strategy for its commercial vans. In the future, a focused luxury strategy will apply to all newly developed, privately positioned vans, as is the case for all Mercedes‑Benz passenger cars. The aim is to fully implement this strategic change with the introduction of the upcoming modular and scalable Van Electric Architecture – VAN.EA for short – from 2026. The new private midsize vans EQV and V-Class are an important milestone on this path. Both are further elevated with new exterior and interior designs. There is also an increase in comfort and safety, especially thanks to more intelligent, digital networking. The models have been available to order from Mercedes‑Benz sales partners and online since January 2024. The standard equipment has been comprehensively upgraded and thereby tailored more precisely to customer requirements. The new V-Class starts at a list price of 59,470.25 euros[1], the new EQV from 75,281.78 euros. The new V-Class also forms the basis for the V-Class Marco Polo camper van, which is offered ex factory. It starts at 80,004.89 euros1 and adopts the model's attractiveness almost completely.

The strong strategic, design and technological choices that have guided the development of Scenic E-Tech electric have been hailed by specialists, since it has won the Car of the Year 2024 trophy awarded by the COTY European jury... as did the first-generation Scenic in 1997.
The Lotus Emeya hyper-GT completed the final stage of a rigorous global test and development programme in one of the world’s harshest environments.Over the winter, the all-electric grand tourer was in Ivalo, Finland, as Lotus engineers conclude their validation work. Around 250km inside the Arctic Circle, temperatures in recent weeks have been as low as -25 degrees Celsius… and still the team has put the car in a local automotive ‘freezer’ to test it to -40 degrees Celsius.It’s the culmination of a stringent three-year test and development programme across 15 countries in two continents1, supported by Lotus’ global engineering teams. It took place on a variety of terrain and conditions; from the UK's challenging B-roads to the smooth and fast-flowing German autobahn, through the highest Alpine passes and the remoteness of Inner Mongolia. Testing also took place at race tracks such as the Nürburgring Nordschleife and at proving grounds like the high-speed loop near the southern Italian town of Nardò.As well as extreme cold, Emeya also endured conditions as high as 40 degrees Celsius in these environments. Additional in-market testing will take place in the Middle East, United States and Australia ahead of deliveries in these markets.
A new model for a new market segment: With the new LBX, Lexus has developed a vehicle specifically for the needs and current trends of customers in Europe for the first time. The new compact SUV impresses with its high quality and at the same time offers a fresh look.The new LBX is the brand's smallest model to date and offers comfort and technologies normally found in higher vehicle classes. It does not compromise on typical Lexus qualities such as outstanding craftsmanship and omotenashi hospitality for all occupants. 25,000 units of the brand's new central model are expected to be sold in Europe next year. Delivery of the first vehicles will begin in spring 2024.What is also special is that the model name consists of three letters - previously this privilege was only reserved for the LFA super sports car. With the choice of the name, Lexus underlines its confidence in the new model. Just as the LFA showed a completely different side of the brand in terms of power and performance, the LBX challenges the status quo and redefines what a compact car can offer.
