Will lockdown have a lasting impact on EU principle of free movement?

Description

While more and more European countries are reopening borders, many still have a form of lockdown or quarantine in place that means free movement is not yet a reality. Alberto Alemanno, professor of EU law, HEC Paris, says Europe observers remain concerned about the lasting effects of lockdown, and its lifting, on the principle of free movement on the continent.
