French court to rule on transfer of Rwandan genocide suspect

Description

A French court is due to decide whether to transfer Rwandan businessman Felicien Kabuga to a UN court, over alleged crimes linked to the 1994 Rwandan genocide. Kabuga was tracked down to a Parisian suburb in May after 26 years on the run.
