Residents of northeast Paris irritated at presence of crack cocaine addicts

Description

In northeast Paris, residents are frustrated at the presence of crack cocaine addicts. These men and women were once hidden from sight, concentrated on a no-man's land on the capital's outskirts, until a police operation in December 2019 scattered them across the city's 18th and 19th districts. Locals are now sick of being caught in the middle. Our colleagues from France 2 report, with FRANCE 24's Nadia Charbit.
