New Covid-19 restrictions in Wales and parts of Northern England

Wales, Oct 23 (EFE/EPA) - (Camera: Dimitris Legakis) Starting this Friday, nearly six million Britons will have to live under strict restrictive measures to contain the spread of the covid-19, as rules take effect in Wales and areas of northern England.
