Syria war: Turkey and Russia announce Idlib ceasefire after Moscow deal

Description

A ceasefire has gone into effect in the Syrian province of Idlib, the last major rebel bastion in the country. The leaders of Russia and Turkey, who support opposing sides in the war in Syria, agreed to the deal after 6 hours of negotiations.
