Description

Rome, Apr 24 (EFE) .- Gastronomy will be one of the main sources of inspiration for a new global ethic after the pandemic, Michelin starred chef Massimo Bottura said in an interview with Efe.INCLUDES VIDEO COURTESY OF LA FRANCESCANA.SOUNDBITES OF ITALIAN CHEF MASSIMO BOTTURA. 1- "We do everything to keep ourselves busy and share joy and positivity at a time that is generally very difficult."2- When Alexa told me about the idea, I immediately liked it because I always have the door open to the unexpected. I am very attentive to what I see. Also, listening to others is very difficult, but very important, because by listening to others, beautiful things, ideas and wonderful situations can arise."3- "We have made amazing dishes that will be presented in the new menu. This for us is essential. There will be freedom of expression, we will do it all, including the photos of the dishes. It will be like a true rebirth, we will be reborn. Flowers and colours everywhere. Minimalism that has always distinguished La Francescana now leaves room for Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band."4- "Gastronomy will be one of the main sources of inspiration for this new ethic in the world. A solidarity ethic where chefs come out of their kitchens, speak and get involved in creating a better world."
