Russia holds Victory Day parade ahead of reform vote

Russia has celebrated Victory Day with a parade in Moscow, with attendees unperturbed by the continued rise of Covid-19 cases. FRANCE 24 correspondent Nick Holdsworth says the display of military prowess comes ahead of a vote on constitutional changes expected to extend President Vladimir Putin’s time in office.
