San Juan, Aug 16 (EFE).- Puerto Rican Gov. Wanda Vázquez on Sunday conceded the primary of her New Progressive Party (NPP) to opponent Pedro Pierluisi after the second round of voting in an election marred by ballot mishaps. The primary elections got suspended a week earlier due to a lack of ballots.It was resumed on Sunday amid covid-19 precautions. (Camera: JORGE MUNIZ).
