German military carries out exercises in Daun

Daun (Germany) Oct 7 (EFE / EPA) .- (Camera: Ronald Wittek) Soldiers from the 1st Tank Division of the German Army have scheduled a training course between October 7 and 9 in Daun and Himmerod to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the signing of the Himmeroder Memorandum, an event due to be celebrated on Friday and considered to be the founding document of the new armed forces of the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) after the end of the Second World War.FOOTAGE OF THE MILITARY EXERCISES.
