Samsung is looking into the vulnerable refrigerator which costs 3599 dollars, so you might want avoid giving it your Google information in the meantime.

  • Any Gmail or Google Apps User Can Now Use the Inbox App

    Google's Sundar Pichai revealed during the opening keynote of the company's I/O developer conference in San Francisco on Thursday that Gmail now has more than 900 million users, which is more than ever. According to Google, not only has Gmail's user base more than doubled since the 425 million active users it counted the last time the company shared stats in 2012, but 75% of those users are checking email on mobile devices. To help bolster that growth, Inbox, Google's productivity-focused Gmail app, is being updated with a host of new features and is finally shedding its invitation-only status.

  • Google Blocks AI From Suggesting Gender-Based Pronouns

    Google introduced a new feature for Gmail that automatically completes sentences for users as they type. According to Reuters, the new technology will not be suggesting any gender-based pronouns. Product leaders revealed it won’t do this because the risk is too high to predict someone’s sex or gender identity wrong. Google did not want to be criticized for potential biases its artificial intelligence may have. The company wants to show that its AI is better than its competitions and wants to attract more customers.

Just as soon as email hosts figure out how to thwart spammers’ latest tricks, the spammers come up with new ways to fill your inbox with junk you don’t want.
