Dave Matthews Band’s Boyd Tinsley Vows To Fight Sexual Misconduct Claims

According to Us Weekly, Dave Matthews Band's longtime violinist Boyd Tinsley has spoken out about sexual misonduct allegations against him by former Crystal Garden bandmate James Frost-Winn. The 54 year-old musician told Us Weekly in a statement, "I’m truly hurt by the one-sided account that appeared on a blog about me yesterday. These accusations have caused great embarrassment for my family, my friends and my fans. I will fight both in and out of court to repair the damage that has been done.” Frost-Winn reportedly filed a $9 million lawsuit in Washington on Thursday, May 17, against Tinsley after claiming to Consequence of Sound that the musician made unwanted sexual advances and comments toward him.
