Miley Cyrus reportedly asks judge to seal deposition in dog bite case


Miley Cyrus has requested a judge seal a videotape of her deposition in a dog bite lawsuit for fear of it being leaked to the media. Back in 2014, Miley's sister Brandi was sued by a model, who claimed Brandi's German Shepherd dog, Feather, bit her at Brandi's apartment complex, which Miley paid for.

    According to CNN, A New York judge dismissed count 6 of Harvey Weinstein's criminal indictment Thursday, which was a criminal sexual act in the first degree. The count stems from charges brought forth against the disgraced movie producer in May and July by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. The criminal sex act charge was from a case involving aspiring actress Lucia Evans, who alleged Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex on him in his Tribeca office in 2004. She first spoke out about the alleged incident to Ronan Farrow in the New Yorker last fall.

    Shinsuke Nakamura suffered an unsual and unfortunate injury on June 25. However it appears he will be returning to action sooner than later. Nakamura was bit by a security dog at a pre-show security check a night before SmackDown Live. "The canine entered the room to sweep for the presence of any explosive material. As the sweep took place the WWE employee was accidentally bit by the canine. The employee sustained an injury to his lower left leg.

    A judge in New York stated both parties involved in a defamation lawsuit against President Donald Trump should be deposed. According to Judge Jennifer Schecter, a discovery and deposition deadline has been set for Jan. 31, 2019. The lawsuit was filed by Summer Zervos, a former contestant on The Apprentice, against Trump. Zervos publicly accused Trump of sexual misconduct during his campaign for the presidency. After Trump publicly refuted her claims, calling them phony allegations, Zervos filed the defamation suit.
