‘Mamma Mia!’ Sequel Makes $3.4 Million At Thursday Box Office

**Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again** took in $3.4 million at Thursday's box office. In 2008, the original **Mamma Mia!** earned $27 million in its opening weekend. TheWrap reports trackers estimate an opening of $32-34 million from 3,200 locations. The sequel follows Sophie (Amanda Seyfried) as she prepares for motherhood. The cast includes Meryl Streep, Cher, Pierce Brosnan, Stellan Skarsgard, and Colin Firth, among others.
