Rights group: 121 killed in Nicaragua protests

Description

Nearly 7 weeks after protests broke out to oust the president of Nicaragua, rights groups are reporting that at least 121 people have been killed and 1,300 have been wounded in the clashes, which have been matched with a violent crackdown from the State.
