A ‘Game Of Thrones’ Fan-Favorite Character Was Cut From Season 7

Description

Only two of the six direwolf pups from the first episode of **Game of Thrones** are still alive. Jon Snow's direwolf, Ghost, has apparently been resting at Winterfell with Sansa. Now, writer Bryan Cogman admits a scene with Ghost was cut from season seven. “There was a bit where Jon came out of the crypt [in Winterfell] and Ghost came up to him and he petted him and said, ‘Take care of [Sansa], watch over her for me.’ But I guess those direwolves are expensive. I guess it got cut. Oh, well. Ghost is there somewhere roaming around.” Bryan Cogman There's no word yet on whether Ghost will appear in the final season of the HBO series.
