Young disabled boy prevented from boarding flight

Description

A young disabled boy who suffers from Duchenne muscular dystrophy, was prevented from boarding a UTair flight from Kurgan to Moscow on May 13 following an operation on his legs. Airline employees claimed that his plaster casts would take up too much room on-board.
