NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg says that alliance members must guarantee long-term weapon deliveries for Ukraine, as ministers prepared to discuss a proposal for a 100-billion-euro, five-year fund. Reporting on the impact of Cyclone Mocha five days after the devastating storm barrelled through Myanmar, Webb adds that "greater needs for food, shelter, water, health and other humaniarian aid are expected to be revealed".
