Description

Are you looking for a 20-minute workout that you can do at home? Business Insider suggests that you try (HIIT) a "High-intensity-interval-training" workout that allows you to burn lots of calories in a short amount of time. Business Insider explains, "HIIT circuits increase your heart rate and tighten and tone your muscles ... (using) "high-intensity exercise alternated with short rest periods." Great HIIT home exercises include combinations of: jumping jacks, squats, inclines, planks and hip lifts. Trainers suggest setting a timer, doing one exercise for 30 seconds.
