'Anti-Soros': Orban's reelection campaign's centerpiece to become law

Today's FOCUS report takes us to Hungary, where Prime Minister Viktor Orban was re-elected last month. His campaign focused on attacking the supposed influx of migrants into Hungary - and accusing the billionaire philanthropist George Soros of financing their arrival. Soros' NGO, the Open Society Foundations, has announced it's leaving Hungary due to the government pressure. But the impact of Orban's crackdown on independent NGOs is being felt at the grassroots, as Luke Brown reports.
