LITTERally clogged! Island of garbage blocks Russian river

Description

A thick layer of garbage has clogged the Pivovarka river in Barnaul, Russia, almost completely blocking the flow of water. Locals say the rubbish blocks the river every year, usually so severely that the water beneath is no longer visible.
